Our office hours are Monday – Friday 8am – 2pm. Our phone and voicemail is monitored outside of office hours. Units can be accessed 24/7.

Storage Dawgs is located at 9100 US-270, White Hall, AR 71602.

We have two different size units, 10X10 and 10X20 and all units are 8 feet tall.

No, all of our units are drive-up non-climate controlled.

Yes, if a different size is available, we will be happy to help you make a change. Contact our office at 501-460-1279.

Yes, you can make one-time online payments or set up auto payments.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payments are not received by the 5th of the month, a late fee will be added to your account. Unit will be locked out and access denied until full payment is received.

The length of time for a past-due account to be considered delinquent varies. If your payment is late, we recommend that you contact the office property manager as soon as possible at 501-460-1279 to discuss your account. We will provide written notice to your email address and/or physical address, we will also contact you via phone or text. It is your responsibility to make sure your account information is accurate and your bill is paid on time.

After the auction is closed, the proceeds from the sale will be applied to the outstanding balance of your account. If the proceeds are higher than the amount due, a check for the difference will be sent to the person leasing the storage unit. If the proceeds are lower than the outstanding balance, the account will be sent to collections.
